This website does not use accounts, analytics profiles or marketing cookies, and it has no booking database. When you send a reservation request, it travels as a normal message — by phone, WhatsApp, Viber or email — directly to us. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to include in that message: typically your name, your phone number and the details of the trip you'd like.
We use your contact details solely to confirm availability, agree on pricing and arrange your trip. We do not share your data with third parties, we do not send newsletters, and we delete conversation history once it is no longer needed for the reservation.
If you contact us through WhatsApp or Viber, those platforms process your messages under their own privacy policies. Links to Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and CityBest (our hydro taxi booking partner) lead to external sites with their own terms.
Under the GDPR you may at any time ask us what data of yours we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. One message is enough: rikardoivancic@gmail.com or +385 97 631 8004.
